We design the
architecture of
each child.
Telos is a foundation-years advisory for Grades 6–8 — the load-bearing years, planned across a full academic horizon rather than a single admissions season.
Most support arrives at the deadline. We arrive at the drawing board.
By the time a family reaches an admissions consultant, the structure is already set. The choices that shaped it were made years earlier — in the foundation years, when the architecture was still being drawn.
Telos works in those years. We plan the arc of a child's academic life the way an architect plans a building: from the ground up, to a horizon, so that everything built later rests on something considered — and something that holds.
This is not tutoring, and it is not a stage of admissions. It is the design work that comes before either becomes urgent.

Long horizon, not next term
We plan to the full arc of the foundation years, not to the nearest test. Short-term gains that don't compound aren't gains.
Structure before speed
Foundations first. The advanced work a child reaches later is only as strong as the frame it stands on.
Evidence, made visible
Progress a family can see. Feedback that shows a child where they stand and what the next move is — not a grade in isolation.
One architecture per child
No template. Every plan is drawn for a single child, their strengths, and the horizon they're building toward.
Three ways to work with Telos.
Each engagement builds on the one before it — from first conversation to sustained oversight across the foundation years.
Masterclass
The drawing boardAn open session where families meet the approach — an hour that reframes how the foundation years are planned. The place to begin.
Strategic Audit
The surveyA close reading of where a child stands today and where the architecture needs support — a considered assessment of the ground before anything is built on it.
Cohort Retainer
The buildOngoing architectural oversight across the foundation years — sustained, individual guidance as the structure goes up, term after term.
